Fook Ming Tong Chinese Medical Center and Beijing Tong Ren Tang signed a cooperation agreement on June 12, 2014. Beijing Tong Ren Tang Sinopharm acquires part of Fook Ming Tong’s equity to jointly expand the traditional Chinese medicine market in Hong Kong.
Fook Ming Tong has changed its name to “Beijing Tong Ren Tang Fook Ming Tong Chinese Medical Center” and has successively introduced various types of Beijing Tong Ren Tang proprietary Chinese medicines, hoping to improve our efficiency in this TCM industry.
“Beijing Tong Ren Tang Fook Ming Tong Chinese Medicine Center” will focus on developing comprehensive health care and specialist services such as traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, orthopedics and massage, and fundamentally achieve the internationalization and scale of traditional Chinese medicine.
